NaNoWriMo Not

It is quite obvious that I am not going to make my 50K for NaNoWriMo. That’s OK. I still have 7,000 words more than I had on November 1st. Maybe I am a short -story writer? I don’t know but I am happy with what I have already. I am not a failure. NaNoWriMo served its purpose for me this year. :-)

Now I just need to find the time to work on what I’ve already written, develop it, shape it, mold it, tell it, and yadda yadda yadda. I like the story. It has special meaning and perhaps that is why I don’t want to rush through it just for the sake of a word count. I even have a title for it and I must say it is the most COOLEST title ever! Heh.

Meeting at the Speed Queen (The Speed Queen being a laundromat). Intrigued? :-) One of my main characters? Francesca Noel Holladay (Frankie). Have I shared too much with you?

Who is c.a. Marks you ask?  This is me. I haven't thought up a clever enough "byline" yet to post here. Maybe I'll run a survey.

    No, you’ve shared enough to arouse my curiosity, but not too much. Now I’m looking forward to “the rest of the story”.
